Purpose of the role
To drive sales of pharmaceutical products within designated territories, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base and achieve sales goals.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, ensuring they understand product benefits and usage.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing sales, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes, including strategic planning and execution.
- Experience in managing sales territories and optimizing sales routes.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
