Purpose of the role
To oversee strategic brand management for a diverse portfolio within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies and tactical plans, including advertising and promotional campaigns, to drive market share growth in all channels.
- Conduct market analysis and gather insights to anticipate trends and opportunities in disease management and market dynamics.
- Manage and monitor budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing advertising and promotional expenditures.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of brand plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain operational integrity in all brand activities.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant post-matric Marketing or Health Science qualification
- 2-3 years of Brand Management experience within the pharmaceutical sector
- 2-3 years of OTC Marketing experience
- 2 years of Pharmacy sales experience
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- Financial literacy and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
