Purpose of the role
To ensure scientific integrity and strategic alignment of medical activities, provide expert medical and scientific support to promote therapeutic areas and facilitate informed decision-making among key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide scientific support for marketed products and development projects, focusing on therapeutic areas.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to enhance brand presence and scientific leadership.
- Develop and implement medical affairs plans aligned with brand strategy, including educational activities and advisory board engagements.
- Contribute to real-world evidence generation through non-interventional and observational studies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Operations to ensure strategic alignment and compliance with regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Medical Doctor (MD) or advanced degree in health sciences; pharmaceutical or medical degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Strong project management skills with experience in medical education and clinical support.
- Comprehensive understanding of medical research methodologies and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to thrive in an international matrix organization and adapt to evolving environments.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex scientific data for diverse audiences.
