Purpose of the role
To design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across front-end and back-end systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable web and mobile applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and integration with various databases (relational and non-relational).
- Provide second/third line support for deployed software, analyze and resolve complex production issues, and ensure systems meet performance standards.
- Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, plan and deploy system components, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and adhere to best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on development experience in full-stack development.
- Proficient in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue) and back-end technologies (C#, .Net Core, Node.js, Python), and experienced with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in agile methodologies and working in agile teams, with proven ability in using source control (Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, MongoDB).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
